Nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond. They even managed to fit my mums funeral in before Christmas, giving them just 2 weeks notice. My dad has not stopped talking about the funeral, how well it went and how kind and compassionate Martyn was. From the start to the finish, Martyn was attentive, kind and professional. The preparation was thorough and personal and on the day of my Mum's funeral, even though we had some blips in the Chapel with music, Martyn helped resolve any issues keeping us completely in the loop at all times. He made us feel like it was the only funeral he was doing all week! Excellent service and he got us through a difficult process and day with the utmost care and attention.
