The team at WT Dunbar were fantastic in helping us sort out the funeral arrangements for our friend Richard. Pauline was brilliant from the get go helping arrange everything and then having Jess (who managed to keep me just about straight on the day) and Scott (who was also really helpful during the entire process) made the day itself go so smoothly. Id highly recommend the team at WT Dunbar who are all professional, caring and supportive and couldn't give enough thanks to the entire team.

My mother died just before Christmas. The staff at WT Dunbar were amazing, especially Pauline who handled most of the process. As Christmas was imminent it was important for us to pull together a celebration quickly. Pauline facilitated that process perfectly and she always seemed to be available to discuss options and answer questions. The day of the funeral went perfectly and the funeral directors and drivers could not have done more. Made a very stressful event calm, controlled and supportive. Can't thank everyone at Dunbar's enough.

The amazing, incredible Debbie webester who took me through everything with I know it sounds mad but with laughter and joy when my dad passed 5/1/23. This wonderful woman , words cannot describe how much she meant to me during that time. She know s her client’s in a heartbeat, she knows exactly how to act due to how u are feeling. I will never forget Debbie xxxx

Avoid at all costs, worst experience I have had not that I have much experience in this area. Impersonal, no empathy, given a catalogue for everything. In and out in under 10 minutes. Clothing piled on chair for for use on a deceased person. Just so very wong?
