Brilliant service. Caleb was consistantly avaliable, kind, understanding and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Gavin also great. Thank you for helping me navigate a very difficult situation so sensitively x

Jasper provided an excellent, thorough and professional service. Despite my having to arrange my Mum's funeral long-distance by phone and email, I always felt I was in completely safe hands and that Mum was cared for with respect and dignity. Jasper helped with lots of little details, questions and extra information, and when I finally got to see Mum just before the funeral, welcomed me with compassion and kindness. I would definitely recommend McKenzie & Millar to anyone planning a funeral.

I phoned their leith office every 30 mins to get updates and was assured they wouldn’t be long. This was a really difficult situation for my family to be put in - completely unnecessarily. I complained about this, received an apology and got some money off the cost of the funeral. Then, I arranged
