From originally looking at Funeral Plans and all the options available, Darrell was very considerate, patient and helpful to get this set up easily. Stress free and simple.
Then when it came to arranging the funeral Lesley was fantastic in all the fine tuning of details, dates times, personalisations and getting all the arrangements in place for the actual day.
