Couldn’t have asked for more. Julie was warm and compassionate, kept me up to date with everything and supported my family above and beyond what was expected. Kevin was knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had. While we needed them, at every point I felt we were in the best hands. No detail was too small and both Julie and Kevin had some creative and generous solutions for small details which made all the difference in the end. The most difficult call I have had to make was to make an appointment with a Funeral Director, not knowing what to expect whilst worrying I was doing the best I could for my mam and of course dealing with the loss.
