At one of the toughest times in my life, John Parkin and son made the unbearable, not only bearable- but serene and beautiful. I can not thank and praise Mat and his colleagues highly enough for how they not only cared for our beautiful mum, but us as a family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, when calling day or night, for a request or just some reassurance. The whole team embodied true compassion and a genuine desire to do there utmost for mum and the family. We chose John Parkin for Dad's funeral arrangements, because Dad used them when his own parents passed away many years ago. I am very pleased we did..Dominic was the main person we dealt with, but everyone was lovely whenever there was a need to call, from start to finish they were always there to help. Thank you for making this difficult time easier to cope with x
