For the 1st time I had to find a Funeral Director for my partner , hadn't a clue what I was doing or needed to do ,we hadn't discussed what either of us wanted all I knew was that he wanted to be cremated and his ashes put in his family grave in a nearby town . Serenity are in the town centre so easy for me to get to as I don't drive . I contacted them and spoke to Caroline who I took to straight away , she was friendly , helpful and sent me various literature . When I was in town I decided to pop in and see them before making a final decision , Caroline did say I should get a 2nd opinion but
