Sadly, once again after Mum passed away in February 2020, I returned to Derriman & Haynes due to my Dad passing away on New Year's Eve. Again, Derriman and Haynes could not be faulted for their professionalism, empathy and sympathy. I was again led through by Zoe who was wonderful throughout and Paul.
