Our mother died a month ago at 77 and the lovely people at Co-op Funeralcare, Woodingdean helped us honour her and say goodbye. Our mother and her family members were Co-op members through and through. She had a funeral plan with the co-op which helped with some of the costs. The team here are warm, professional but most importantly they care. This is clear in the planning and preparation. It was also very evident from their support and care on the day. They were so respectful, checked in with us and went at a pace we were comfortable with. I cannot recommend the team enough. Thank you all, yo

Thoughout our difficult time everything was managed with sensitivity. The first meeting, saying what we and mum would like, all of our wishes were met. Letting us know mum was back with Co op funeral care, when we could say our last goodbye and a follow up call after the funeral and have also said they are still there for us now which is good to know. We had a call from the team for the funeral day before hand to check everything and he kept us upto date with things on the day. We can't thank Lucy and the team enough. A friend said it was the best funeral she had ever been to.

All the staff involved in our mum's funeral were compassionate, kind and respectful. They were in constant communication; gentle, not pushy. I cannot praise them highly enough.
★★★★★
Nothing but praise for the way mum's funeral arrangements were carried out by CoOp funeralcare. From the time of her passing to the arranging and organisation of the service at the Crematorium you all showed such care, respect and dignity not only to mum but to all of us. Thank you so much. You helped us give mum a lovely send off.

Andrea, our funeral arranger, was sensitive and helpful from the start. Following my daughter’s sudden death, she guided us through many decisions with relative ease. Colleagues Jayne and Justin, from Peacehaven Funeralcare, were also very helpful and professional both before and at the funeral.
