My lovely mum died in September and the Care Home recommended Nicholas OHara's in West Moors and I am so glad I took this advice. The person who made the arrangements for mum was Jon Austin . He was wonderful, - kind and compassionate, visiting me at home and guiding me through the process of an unattended cremation. He arranged the casket, flowers and music, and kept me informed informed all the time. I knew mum would be treated with the dignity and respect she deserved. .
