5 stars all the way for Eden Funeral Directors. This is the second time that we have used Eden Funeral Services. The first time was 18 months ago for my father. The level of compassion, respect and consideration that Heidi showed to my mother , at such a difficult time was wonderful. The service for father's funeral was outstanding, everything that involved Heidi was beautifully handled. A little over 2 weeks ago, sadly Mother passed away, there was absolutely no doubt who we would be using for handling the Funeral, it had to be Heidi at Eden Funeral services. Used this funeral directors for the passing of our mother . Heidi , was absolutely fantastic, she was so caring and knowledgeable. We could not have had such a smooth , lovely experience in such a difficult time if it wasn’t for Heidi . In previous years when our father passed the funeral directors we used were all business . Over the past 18 months we’ve had to sadly use Edens twice following the death of both our parents. The family run business was originally recommended to us by the NHS ambulance crew who attended my dad on the day he died in 2024. This absolutely brilliant company headed by Heidi is a company that are so very professional, who have treated both our parents with dignity and respect following their deaths. After my stepfather passed away, we choose Eden’s Funeral Directors in Ringwood to help us with the arrangements. I am very happy that we did. Eden’s Funeral Directors is a family run business managed by Heidi and Rob. For my mother and I, it was a very difficult time.
