We would like to thank Karen and Jo for the fantastic service they provided right from the lovely undertaker gentlemen who moved mum with dignity, right through all the staff were thoughtful and had empathy for our situation. Karen was efficient with all the services needed and her care with mum once in the chapel of rest was empathetic and kind. Jo the funeral director sent mum off with dignity and pride we couldn't have asked for a better service we would like to mention Sandy the celebrant she did a wonderful job and the lovely pallbearers for their beautiful coloured ties a service above

From start to finish you made it bearable for me to send her off on her last journey. Everything was perfect I am certain she would have been pleased. Co-op Funeralcare (inc.H.J.Cole) Lagland Street Poole for the care and sympathetic way they organised my mother’s funeral. Our first contact with Karen at the Lagland Street office was a difficult time but she made us feel comfortable and talked us through the process of dealing with the necessary paperwork. Jo from the same office was especially helpful in the build up to and during the funeral service, we were also very pleased that she and her team wore something pink which was my mother’s favourite colour and the theme of the day.
