If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jo Turpin at the Topsham Road, Exeter Branch, was truly outstanding from start to finish. She carefully and thoughtfully arranged the funeral of my husband, John Holman. She comforted us right from the first phone call and especially when I visited the chapel of rest. Her efficiency in organising the funeral was second to none. The day was beautiful and everything ran smoothly, thanks to the hard work Jo had put in. I cannot speak highly enough of staff at the Topsham Road branch. Darren and Jo were great. Jo was so kind, understanding and caring and was always there for me to answer questions and guide me through details.. They carried out the wishes of myself and my grandson after my daughter tragically died and their whole ethos was about caring and respect, even the jewellery returned to us was packaged in suitable boxes and pouches.
