Paul Shoobridge was very professional and extremely kind and caring. He was always available to contact with any queries and nothing was a problem for him. Abigail was so very kind and caring too. She managed to capture the essence of my step-father in the eulogy and her poem at the end was awe-inspiring. Through this sad and emotional time , the family always felt supported and respected, which made our lives less stressed and able to start the grieving process.
