Paul, Abi and the team were excellent, from the moment my mum set up her funeral plan until she passed away. It was such a comfort to know that nothing was ever too much trouble and they treated us with such care and respect. We will be forever grateful to them for making mum's funeral the most loving and dignified send off she really deserved.

Honestly, you need look no further… Having seen so many positive reviews, I put my husband Mark’s funeral arrangements, into the safe hands of Shoobridge, Exeter. Paul came to my home to meet with me and my husband’s daughters. We immediately felt at ease with him and his genuine sense of caring and empathy shone through… From that moment he’s been nothing short of amazing… Becoming a huge support to us all, guiding us every step of the way. At such a sad time for the family, my first visit to Shoobridge (which I was dreading) was so reassuring. Michaela was such a lovely person and the whole experience was so positive - despite a few tears. Her involvement throughout was professional, respectful and we managed a few laughs as well. The build up to, and the day of the service, was wonderfully handled and was truly beautiful. We thought Abigail, the celebrant at Shoobridge, would be perfect for the service and she delivered a faultless, respectful, and beautiful eulogy and service for Mum. We, as a family, are so grateful for your

I would like to congratulate your company for its dignity and professionalism at a recent funeral I attended, coming from Staffordshire to support a friend of the family. I've never before heard such a wonderful eulogy as that delivered by Abigail, who obviously knew the family concerned having been involved with the funeral of another member two years ago. Her presence was professional and dignified and showed a caring relationship with the family which must have helped them so much. I was wowed.
