Wow!!!! The team went above & beyond for our mothers funeral. Every time we phoned it was as if ours was the only one! They collected mum& safely looked after her until the time of funeral. If i could give 0 stars i would. The people who originally arrived to take our loved one were fantastic & very respectful, however after that, it became a business transition, what i would say is spend as much tome with your loved one before they are taken by this company as until they receive paperwork, which is beyond our control, you will not be able to see your loved one for some weeks! The funeral director breached GDPR, giving me someone else information on our initial meeting, didn’t have everything explained to us, which became very stressful, two working days before the funeral we wer
