After instructing Friendship & Sons in Barnstaple in September 2025 to care for our loved one we had a meeting at home to discuss funeral plans. The representative arrived holding a folder which had our loved ones' name on a sticky label over another persons name, which I could clearly read. Following this we were given a leaflet of prices and advised to ignore the pen marks inside as it was from a previous customer! We were shocked and distraught so immediately instructed another undertaker to take over. We initially chose Friendship & Sons after they did another funeral for us 6 years prior.
