Loosing a father is never going to be easy, but with the help of Michaela and the team the process from start to finish was handled tenderly and with utmost care. For my mum, sisters and I we were able to give dad the perfect send off. We were never rushed, no one tried to sell us things we did not want. Did a reasonable job. Thanked staff after the cremation for their friendliness and professionalism however have been hounded ever since for a review. Emails, text and phone calls. Would not recommend because of this. And the request for photos???? How tasteless can you get?
