I and my family were very pleased and content with the services provided by the co-op funeral care when dealing with my husband Peter’s funeral. We found the team polite, respectful and very sympathetic during meetings and telephone calls etc when arrangements were discussed and planned. Julie called on our family at home to find out all about life with Peter and put together an excellent eulogy which she read out at the service on our behalf. Valerie lacks compassion. Dismissive and heartless people like you should not be in the funeral industry. Wouldn’t trust you with my late fathers funeral. Ended up going with an Exeter company which was inconvenient but much better service.
