I thought the staff at Crownhill were absolutely amazing, especially Emma who organised the funeral for my Mum, the chapel of rest and the funeral itself last Thursday 7th May. Me and my sons were able to carry my Mums coffin and were shown the correct procedure. Emma also found us a Celebrant and Penny was also amazing with telling the story of my Mum. Thank you so much to all those who played a part in my Mum’s funeral.

My family and I were very happy with our experience with Co-op Funeralcare. Everything went very smoothly and the funeral service itself was excellent. I cannot think of any way in which it could have been improved.
★★★★★
efficient , empathetic and very helpful with all our communications and visits to the Crownhill branch and on the day of the funeral. As a family we wanted to pall bear my Dad's coffin ourselves, which we were able to do with their excellent guidance , and having them stood/walking side by side with us. Found us a brilliant celebrant too !! Thank you very much, it was lovely to meet the lovely Chihuahua too ...

My Mum and I would like to thank the ladies at Co-op Funeral Crownhill for the help and compassion they showed us after the loss of my Dad, right through to the actual funeral and afterwards. Recommend them highly Thankyou Vicki
★★★★★
We recently used Co-op Crownhill for our dad’s funeral arrangements, and they were wonderful from start to finish. All the staff we dealt with were compassionate, professional and friendly. They guided us through a really difficult time and on the day of the funeral we felt very supported. All amazing, but particular thanks to Emma S, Jane, Chantelle and Hope. Thank you.
