From start to finish everyone we dealt with was so professional and guided us through what is a tough time. We were updated on every step to make sure everything went smoothly. Lovely touch as well with the Scottish dress code

I can’t recommend Ward and Brewin enough for all of the care and attention at my aunts funeral, absolutely fantastic

I would like to say a big thank you to ward and brewin all were so professional when sorting mums funeral . Nothing was too much trouble . Coffin and flowers were beautiful and to my surprise they had made a wooden cross . Special thank you to Amy and Sam and all involved thank you so much from the ballinger family x

Emma and the team were exceptional, very thoughtful, considerate and good communication during a very distressing time for the family. One suggestion I would make for the service to consider as a matter of courtesy, is that the musical/video tribute, which is included in the package for presentation during the day of the funeral service, should not come with an additional £20 charge to get the video download link for a keep sake. Funeral already costs a lot without chasing for this.
★☆☆☆☆
If I could give one star than I would. I don’t recommend ANYONE USE this funeral home. My experience has been absolutely disgraceful. Even when I call them, the woman on the phone has an awful attitude and I don’t wish for anyone to be treated like I was in the future by everyone there
