A very professional, first class and excellent service my family and I received from Kaitlan and her team when we were face with challenges during the lost of our mother and auntie. Kaitlan was so special and professional from our the first telephone conversation to meeting with her in person and through out the funeral arrangement to the repatriation of our beloved mum to Ghana. We did not have to do anything but she handled it all and made sure she was home safe.
