When our father passed away, we were immediately greeted with professionalism and all the information we needed from Jade and Jeanette. Throughout the planning process, they were incredibly helpful, answering any questions and alleviating any concerns. When we visited him in the chapel of rest, they had made him look so peaceful, which brought us great comfort. On the day itself, the whole team was fantastic – caring, professional, and supportive. We will never be able to thank them enough. The Dougall's

When I suddenly lost my husband 2 days before Christmas I was at a total loss as what to do as I had never encountered anything like this before. I was advised what I should do next by the policeman who had attended due to the sudden death. So choosing a funeral director was alien to me, so to be honest I only chose Co-op Funeralcare because everyone has heard of the Co-op and it's a name you trust. But I am so glad that I did because from the moment that my call was answered I knew that I was going to be looked after, and cared for. I was offered the opportunity of meeting the next day before

I'd like to say a massive thank you to jade and Janet for their kindness with helping me and my family through a hard time when my mum passed. I would highly recommend coop funeralcare at whitehaven. Myself and my family live a long way away and unfortunately were unavailable to attend my mums funeral, but they made gave mum a lovely send off and involved me at all times with what they were going to do and asked if there were any preference of music and or hymns that mum would like. Thank you so much ladies I can't thank you enough 💗
