Co-op Funeralcare, Darlington

For a sad occasion Darlington Co-op made it a happy celebration of my late Sister Sally's life. Easy, helpful planing at first with Sandra, then support all the way through. Celebrant Jonathan Wells was brilliant. Helpful, supportive and his way of service was so wonderful. Nick and the other Pallbearer's did a very professional job. Overall a day to remember in a very happy way, thinking that my sister would of been pleased with it. Thank you kindly to all at Co-op Funeral Directors Darlington.

Unfortunately I have had to use their services twice within the last few months. However, I can say the service was excellent in both cases from start to finish. Nick the funeral director explained everything and offered various options. Very kind and helpful people, nothing was too much trouble and they kept in regular contact before, during and after the funeral. I can certainly recommend them.

We received a fantastic service from the Darlington team having taken care of the funeral service for my late father. From the team that collected him to the team on the day of the service, everything was fantastic. A particularly great service from Jen Sludds who was very attentive, always there with a smile when we needed something and very responsive on email. Thank you to you all.

The Co-op funeral care team in Darlington were a fantastic support to me following the passing of my elderly mother. Everyone involved were very professional and empathetic throughout. My mother had a funeral plan already in place, which made things easier. Nick Bell was very supportive and guided me through the whole process and made us as a family feel looked after.
