I found Cornwall Funeral Services when looking for a service I had never heard of until about a month before my mother’s passing. She had requested an unattended cremation. After only a few minutes of talking with David on the phone I was sure I had chosen the right company. Small, personal and family run and an answer to every question/problem. Then, meeting David only confirmed everything I had already thought. He put me at ease instantly. I cannot recommend CFS Watters, Court and Maddern enough for looking after your loved ones funeral arrangements. My sister and I were walked with understanding and compassion through the whole process by David. We trusted them with the care of our stepdad and at no point have we felt let down, it was the funeral we believe he would have been happy to sign off on.

If you are looking here then it’s a sad time for you as it was for us. I can only Say that although I don’t have an abundance of experience with funeral directors, I honestly think you would be hard pushed to find a better more caring team than David and his Team . An excellent service from start to finish, going above and beyond. As I said to David I look forward to giving him my business in the future..at least 30 years I hope..David I thank you .

I arranged my partner's direct cremation with David and he could not have been kinder or more empathetic. Despite the set fee, he went over and above to provide me with advice as to how to transport his ashes to Spain. Everything he did made such a terrible time more manageable.
