★★★★☆ My mother pre arranged her funeral with coop. The only issue I had was when she died and the length of time It took to collect her body as coop and the hospice didn't liaise with each other. This was due to being given the wrong information from coop the day before over the phone. I was transferred to three people and I asked to speak directly to my local branch and they put me through to somewhere up north. I've deducted a star for that as it was truly quite distressing at an already awful time for the family. This needs fixing.
