During such a difficult time, Jackie and the entire team showed us extraordinary compassion, patience, and care. From our very first conversation with Naomi, we felt supported and gently guided through every step. Every detail was handled with such respect and sensitivity which brought our family a great deal of comfort. We will always be grateful for the kindness and care shown to our Dad and to our family by all of the staff, and we cannot thank them enough.

Excellent service, everything sorted out efficiently and promptly and what's more with a high level of empathy and care regarding my mum, order of service exactly what I wanted in conjunction with Jim our local Parish Rector. A friendly and chatty family firm, lovely flowers too. If there have been delays at my end, not all what any of us would have wanted or expected for Jacqui or ourselves, I'd given instructions some months ago so hope it's sorted for them a. s. a. p.

Jacqui is a very helpful,sympathetic & informative lady who is excellent at her profession.She couldn't have been more helpful when we very sadly lost our beloved Mum on 8th May this year.Nothing was too much trouble for her & she really helped us to give Mum a send off to be proud of.Father Joe from St.Thomas Beckett R.C church in Tarporley was very pleased we had chosen Jacqui-he spoke very highly of her & the service she provides.
