My husband died at home suddenly on 15/01/24. I used Craig and his company for a direct cremation. Very calm, understanding and went through what needed to be done step by step. Very knowledgeable and friendly also very understanding and sympathetic. Can call about any questions or issues without feeling like you are being a burden on them. Excellent service.

I lost my partner suddenly in Feb 21 and had no idea what to do in terms of making arrangements. Craig was fantastic and supported me every step of the way. We took each day and each decision at a time. My partner was treated and spoken about with such dignity and respect. The service was beautiful and everything went as planned on the day.
