The majority of the plans had been made.
I dealt with Tina and Morgan prior to the service and they were compassionate and helpful. They went out of their way to get everything put in place. When I took my sons up the day before to see my dad they gave us space and time to spend with him alone.
Zoe was our funeral director on the day. She was helpful and compassionate, gave guidance where needed.
