Ian was our funeral director, he was brilliant but the whole team were also amazing. Very warm, compassionate and caring. We felt deeply that our loved one was cared for and respected whilst with them. Ian was made for this job, so calm and reassuring, balancing support with respecting our need for privacy throughout.

My father passed away recently and Co-op Funeral Care handled his funeral, as they did my mums which was first class. We particularly asked for Ian again (funeral director) after my mums funeral. He conducts himself with a calm, quiet professional manner. He made each meeting easy to manage, and organised extra important touches that made a big difference to the family. and we thank him. Nothing was too much trouble. The day was dare I say...Amazing and I know my dad would have been proud of his send off. Thank you from us all.

One of the most considerate acts our father ever did – and he did many over the years – was pre-arrange his funeral with Rosemount Funeral Home. Everything was handled beautifully and we were treated with such care and kindness. Helen, Gareth and Ian make a great team. The funeral was conducted with so much respect – we were all very touched. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rosemount.

At the most emotional of times, you need someone who sorts out the details of your funeral for you, whilst explaining things to you and understanding your needs. From the first encounter with Helen, and subsequent contact with Gareth, we had the best of help and support, their customer care skills are excellent and they achieved just the right level of sympathy and respect with an important element of humour. We hope not to have to use them again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be our first port of call. I'm very grateful for the way they eased us through the process.
