In the run up to the funeral everything was handled with care, no attention to detail left. Cari showed empathy to all our wishes and requests - nothing being too much trouble. We were involved every step of the way and all communication was handled with kindness.

It's been two years since I lost my dear father, and the additional hurt caused by the callous attitude of this outfit still makes me shudder. I should have left this review much sooner, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't over-reacting in my grief. Beware.
