I absolutely can not thank this wonderful company enough. From the moment my Dad died peacefully at home, when he was collected by Peter in the most dignified manner, to today, the day after my Dads funeral, this company has been amazing. I have been thoroughly guided through each stage with ease and most importantly supported and comforted. Nichola and Peter have been a tower of strength to me. I honestly don’t think I could have got through without their care and attentiveness. Thank you both so much ❤️

Chapmans took care of my Dads funeral recently. They were amazing. So caring and attentive and so smartly turned out on the day. Everything went to plan and I really felt like I could switch off and not worry about anything. A special mention needs to go to Nicola in the office was was just lovely.

I have nothing but good to say about Peter and his Team for the wonderful service we received for my Dad's Funeral on 16 April. From the very first Meeting to the actual Service everything was done in a professional and respectful manner and am so glad that we entrusted them to carry it out for us. From my first contact, 2 days after Mum death, to the service, Thornalley's was faultless. They can even recommend a celebrant, they put me in contact with a wonderful lady. At such a devastating time, Nichola & Peter were perfect, and helped us give Mum the send off she deserved
