I told him the outline of our funeral vision which involved the service on one day, burial the next day, in two different locations. He made it happen. We were aware of how professional Kingfishers are from previous use. Kingfishers collected my mother “Pat Parker” fairly promptly from her home with respect, dignity, and reassurance. No question large or small was not treated immediately via e mail or in person. We visited mum three times, and were warmly welcomed, and provided with information, help, reassurance, tissues, and coffee.
