The Co-op dealt with my Mums funeral. From the first phone call we were treated with care and respect. They kept us informed at every step and made sure we had plenty of time to deal with any requests at what was a difficult time. Taylor and Toni took all the hassle out of the arrangements and Dean was excellent on the day, making sure we were given time at every step and cared for and that mum was given the celebration and dignified send off that she deserved.

I really can't put into words how brilliant the teams are at Midgate and Eye as Funeral Directors. Staff members are supportive at a difficult time and help guide you through the process. The funeral service was delivered as planned and so professional the celebrant as recommended was also excellent. I can't recommend Co-op funeral services enough to take care of loved ones during the grieving period. Thank you Toni, Emma, Joanne and Dean.

One star short of five though because of a mild frustration with telephone contact during the planning phase. Being old fashioned, I find menus of options, varied call takers, having each time to remind a different voice of m

My experience with the financial side of this funeral home was incredibly frustrating. When I first visited to arrange my deceased relative’s funeral, their pre-existing funeral policy was refused, and I was required to pay the full amount upfront. However, I was reassured multiple times that if the funeral plan provider paid out, I would be refunded in full. I later received confirmation from Golden Leaves Funeral Policy that the payment had been successfully sent directly to the funeral home. Despite this, I was repeatedly promised my refund on specific dates, only for those dates to come a
