Although my mother's funeral went well on the day, I had nothing but aggravation from the administration side of things in the weeks leading up to the service. My mother had a funeral plan so that I wouldn't have any extra stress but sadly they caused me more stress than anything else

My uncles funeral was cut short by 30 minutes because the hearse was delayed. The staff made no attempt to accommodate our grief. Instead of having the full hour to grieve, 4 eulogies were cancelled and my entire family ushered out of the venue. Despicable behavior on part of the funeral service. Stay away from this business - they care not for you or your grief. Just a bunchless of hapless fools that take your money and give a bad service in return
