★★★★★
Absolutely amazing service. Professional and so caring. Louise went above and beyond to help give Dad the perfect send off and was so kind and understanding at the most awful of times for my sister and I. On the day Terry was kind and so thoughtful, ensuring that the whole service ran smoothly and to plan. Not the sort of thing you want to have to recommend to anyone, but I would not hesitate in recommending Westbury Coop to anyone. Thank you so much.

Mum bought her package back in 2017 as this was always a wish of hers to pay for her own funeral. Mum passed away in March 2026 and from the beginning co-op funeral care took all the usual stresses away. Alex and Peter managed all the arrangements and the service. The service itself was everything that we asked for and mum had a good send off. We payed extra for memories in pictures and a download of the service and these were well worth it. The family cannot Thank Alex and Peter enough. They kept us updated, checked in with us and promptly answered any questions we had.
★★★★★
Thank you Alex for arranging my friend Wendy's funeral. Your care, advice and understanding made the process go very smoothly. Your advice to use Peter Davies as the Funeral Officiant was so right. Pete talked to me early on in the aragements and was so helpful that the service was lovely. Thank you again Alex and Pete for all your help and support. Una
★★★★★
Very supportive and helpful during a very stressful time. There are lots of decisions to be made in a very short time frame which I found quite difficult but funeral director (Terry) was helpful and reassuring. He found me just the right celebrant, Ruth, who was brilliant - perfect for a celebration of my mum's very long life. Service all went very smoothly, lots of support, just as my mum would have wanted. I couldn't have wished for a better service all round.

Co-op Funeralcare were excellent dealing with my mother's funeral. They were very caring, thoughtful and gave us numerous options to help with decisions. They also made sure we were kept up to date with arrangements. Thank you.
