My family and I were very impressed with Co-op Downend for my husband's funeral. The team and especially Maddie went above and beyond as far as we were concerned from the beginning to the aftercare. The minister, Phil White was brilliant too, would definitely recommend him also. Because I've been so happy I've now taken out a funeral plan with the Co-op. From the first contact I had with the Co-op Funeral Service, they made things very easy and provided clear guidance on the process so I knew what I needed to do and the order of what would need to take place. Mike our funeral director was perfect for us, listened with genuine compassion and empathy and responded very quickly to every question myself & our family had.
