I can’t recommend the co-op funeral service enough (includes Amersham and Hemel Hempstead) as I and my family have had such a caring and sensitive experience which started with the office team Amanda & Wendy and then throughout the burial and memorial. The team at the burial in GreenAcres were excellent. So sensitive and professional. Well done you’ve made a difficult and challenging time manageable for us.

In such sad circumstances all the staff are so lovely, my husband had requested a direct cremation and I was informed of every step of what was happening. All my questions were answered without making me feel like I shouldn’t have asked. So Thankyou you made it easy and worry free.

Everyone connected with Mum's funeral care through the Chalfont St Peter branch was helpful, considerate and friendly. Communication was easy particularly through Wendy. Stephen who was funeral director on the day gave a summary of what would happen the day before and was professional throughout. Would recommend.

I wanted to get family grave cleaned, new stones. Worked with Latisha Beeton who was so helpful even though its a small job. Answered e mails immediatley and her followup was amazing. Very happy working with her.

Absolutely diabolical experience with this undertaker, having used them in the past before they were bought by the co op. Please avoid, we had to move our business and our father to GL Skinner in the village who were lovely, professional and caring in comparison. At one of the lowest times of your life, you need compassion and a professional service which was absolutely lacking from HC Grimstead. They are not based in the village, they operate from Amersham, or Hemel Hempstead.
