It’s not an easy time and Adam led us through the day seamlessly with dignity, humour and kindness. Not even an apology from this company, after the funeral left me more distraught then I was losing my dad. They don’t care about your feelings they just want your money. The incorrect music was played. They wouldn’t allow me to read the actual service, even when I asked for certain things not to be mention and was told the day before that it had been taken out. To be sat there and the facts were not correct and in fact it was not taken out at all. Then to make matters worse they played the incorrect piece of music which was discussed and played at my house. We have wrote to them with no reply
