I was not sure what to expect as my friend had purchased her funeral plan many years before her passing. The staff at Maidenhead were fantastic, in particularly Colin who handled my requests. I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. They were immediately helpful, understanding and empathetic. I was taken through the process, advised at each stage and I left feeling secure in the knowledge all would go well. On the sad day everything ran to plan. Thanks to all the staff.
