I am so happy with how the staff, particularly Karma Vardy have looked after mum when she passed away. The care taken with Mum and us as a family was impeccable. Arther and the drivers of the funeral cars were so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. In such an emotional and sad time that was made somewhat easier with the care and compassion shown to us. A big Thank You to you all. X

Tony couldn't have been more helpful in setting up my parents funerals. Lovely guy and very under pressure covering a huge area. Admin side of things though, different story, enough to worry me when the day comes the support needed might be lacking. I asked repeatedly for copies of the plan to be mailed through and it still hasn't, even after reassurance. When paying out thousands you want the peace of mind that it's a good set up. CO-OP needs to do this better.
