We just wanted to Thank Melissa and all the team based at the Luton office. Sadly my 80 year old aunt died recently, and with the whole Covid-19 pandemic we knew it was going to be tough, especially because we was in lockdown. From the moment I walked in the door Melissa was absolutely superb, so sympathetic and professional and made everything easier to organise. Not impressed with coop at all been trying to see my dad for the last week .I was told somebody would call me back after I made contact with them and spoke directly to the lady who was dealing with him ! Spoke to somebody else yesterday who said she would arrange an appointment for me to see him only tobreceive a phone call back to be told I can't see him until during the week .getting nowhere fast .we'll done coop you certainly know how to upset the grieving Unprofessional to say the least
