I have played a part in organising too many funerals in recent years. I cannot fault and highly recommend G.Burgess. I have to give particular praise to Martin who planned and directed my mums funeral. Not only is he an outstanding professional he is a wonderful person. When I arrived I rang several times before the door was answered , even although I was on time for my appointment. I was offered a coffee, but it would have been better not to do this as the undertaker then said the milk was off, and I’d have to have it black. On the phone and when I arrived I stated I wanted a Direct Cremation. Poor Lynne, who was really helpful, was given the wrong information, I think by the IT department, which meant that I have been left out of pocket to the tune of over £1400. I wanted a Direct Cremation, and the Prepaid Plan was for a Simple Funeral, she took advice,
