Deanna and Chloe at the Newbold branch were wonderful at organising our dad's funeral from the beginning stages to the actual funeral itself. They took care of everything, checked in on us as a family regularly and made it a beautiful celebration . Thank you

Treated my mother with dignity and care. My self and my father were able to sort things out along with my aunt as it was a church and crematorium service, and nothing was too much. On the day of the funeral, one of the members of staff was outside their office and bowed as a mark of respect. The 25 photos that were on the slide show weren't all shown but Deanna is investigating this. Also discussed about father's funeral plan and Deanna was quick to point out that the deeds were better in my name as it will save lots of paperwork in the long run.
