I would like to express my families absolute gratitude to Sam and the team for the care, organisation and compassion they demonstrated throughout the planning of my dad's farewell and on the day itself. Truly dreadful experience. Woman we saw had forgotten that we had appointment then brought the wrong details of deceased person into the meeting then left to find the correct file followed by further mishaps. Would not recommend using the West Bar office.

Supposed to be there for those who have passed and those that are near to them too. But they've never considered either the 1 that has sadly passed or their close 1s and make out that they are speaking the truth (which is lies). Wish I could say I'd recommend, but I can't.
