Dear Anna and Amy, I want to sincerely thank you for everything you did for my sister’s funeral. Your kindness, compassion, and attention to detail meant so much. You brought calm and reassurance during a very difficult time, and showed great care and respect to both the arrangements and our family. My sisters and I want to express our deepest thanks to Anna-Marie, Jenny, Jack and the entire team at the Foleshill branch for the incredible care and support they showed us during one of the hardest times of our lives. I cannot recommend the co-op enough for everything they did for us, I had no clue where to start or even how to arrange a funeral but Anna-Marie made us feel so eased, comfortable and we was safe with her she was going to talk us through each step no worries needed. The reception staff were so helpful and kind also, Tracy was brilliant at helping us also with things like photograph's, what my Mum would be wearing and always asked if we needed anything or have any questions.
