I have nothing but praise for the staff at Heart of England Co-op Coventry city centre branch. From my first meeting with Kiri to when I collected my husband's ashes, they have been so wonderful. Everything was done with professionalism and compassion and nothing was too much trouble. Our celebrant, Sue, went above and beyond and I felt very supported at such a awful time.

From the initial meeting, Janice was so informative and caring person who helped us plan the most perfect order of service. I visited my grandad Jim every day, every single day, I was greeted by the team with a warm and caring nature. They always took the time to make sure I was doing aswell as I could be.
