Absolutely shocking experience with this firm of funeral directors. Anything they could possibly have got wrong, they did. 1.The obituary notice they wrote was factually incorrect and the grammar and spelling were very poor. It even included the wrong time for the funeral. I rewrote it myself and still got charged. 2. After initially arranging and agreeing a time of 1.45, they tried to change it to 2.30. They accepted the correct time was 1.45 and after I’d notified people and printed the orders of service, they changed it to 1.00pm and blamed the crematorium. 3. I’d requested a slide show and
