Bobby & Mel in office lovely, helpful nothing was to much trouble .Siobhan funeral director took control of Jason's funeral which unfortunately Friday traffic ( m25 & A2 ) was awful . We had initially started to make funeral arrangements with another funeral director but I did not feel comfortable with the person dealing with us. Too business like, lack of empathy. My brother suggested Leverton as we had used them in the past when they were located in Lowfield Street, what a difference.
