From the moment we spoke to Crayford's branch manager, Jo, we felt we were in safe hands. Friendly and professional, with heaps of empathy, Jo guided us through the process. A gentle nudge every now and again if she needed anything from us. George and the lads on the day were awesome and their part could not have gone any better. Deeply respectful and thoughtful, they clearly loved their job and took great pride in their craft, but not in a robotic fashion - very human with personality and appropriate conversation. We used Albins in Crayford and they were excellent. Jo dealt with us with total compassion and her advice and help were invaluable. The whole process from when we walked in, to the cremation and even after was faultless. The guys and Steve on the day were brilliant. It is hard to think how they could have provided a better service. We cannot recommend them enough. If you have found yourself in the unfortunate position of needing a funeral director than you won't find a better one of that we are sure.

I definitely made the right decision when I chose Albin’s in Crayford for my Mum’s funeral. They went above and beyond with every aspect.
